“Can you do lighter or darker roasts?”

Yes, upon request. We prefer the medium dark house roast that we offer because we find it to be the most versatile (from espresso to drip and french press) and flavorful cup of coffee, but we understand everyone has different tastes. Send us a message to get a custom roast.

“What markets do you vend at?”

In 2025, we were regularly at Astoria Sunday Market and Holiday Market as well as Manzanita Farmers Market.

“Can you grind our coffee?”

No, we do not offer grinding services. When you purchase high quality coffee, you ideally want to be grinding on demand as needed to preserve freshness and flavors. We have recommendations on home grinders that we are happy to share with you.
